: : : : : : : I don't understand how I tried to "force" it on anyone. People complained about problems on this board; I sent a post explaining that the solutions are out there. Then I got jumped on for stealing from Carl & having people post rude things about me. The bottom line is: if there's a problem (with life, with internet, with job, etc), you try to fix it. You try to find something that does what you want while solving the problems you didn't like. What I'm seeing on this board is that a majority of people would rather just bitch, than have someone come up with a new idea that solves the problem. Gee, that sounds like the mindset of Kittanning. Nobody likes anything new, nobody likes a problem to be solved if it requires change. I love Kittanning, it was a great place to grow up & is a beautiful area & I try to visit my family atleast once a year, but the town itself is dying, and peoples actions on here very clearly show why. Honestly, tell me how many people want change in Kittanning, and tell me how many people shout out against it.

: : : : : If I were forcing (or trying to force) people to join the other board, the membership of the other board would be skyrocketing. As it stands, contrary to posts made on here by the idiots, we've had 1 new member join within the last week. I am not trying to force anybody to join. What I am trying to do is show that there are other options out there. THere ARE solutions to the problems everyone is bitching about on here. How else can I do that besides telling you? If I were forcing I would creep into each one of your homes & sign you all up. That is not my intention or goal. I would like to see this current board either HIGHLY modified , or switch to another board already out there that solves all the problems. Contrary to (again) the idiots posts, signing up does not increase spam, it does not increase junk mail. And while some people don't want to give out their email addy or have to sign up, on this board we can see how well anonymous posting is. Bottom line: everyone on here wants to bitch about the problems but nobody wants it to actually change. That's how it is.

: : : This is about as kindergarten level as it gets. First of all, for everyone who doesn't know this, let me state the facts. Jen works for WIC and I work in internet technology and web development. Who would be the idiot here? I think the one who wouldn't know PHP from PERL from Javascript from My SQL. Does she not realize her so called "better" board is just a free service anyone can sign up for? This means that your e-mail address can go to God only knows who. Why? Simply because it is not her domain name, web host, script, or database. This means she has little control of this "better" board. She can't control where your e-mail goes to, your internet provider address linking to you, or even actually banning just one person. If she bans an i.p. address to a user then chances are she banned the entire internet service provider meaning if you use Earthlink and she bans you then no one using Earthlink can access her "better" board. I could write damn near a book on this subject. I think to break it down to simple terms. It will increase spam to an e-mail because I did sign up using an e-mail address that was not used for anything else and do get about 30 to 50 e-mails a day concerning spam. This proves my thought. And every account is accounted for? So, see she doesn't even know who is belongs to her "better" board which further proves she really has no control over the damn thing. I signed up under 2 names, Jen. I bet 10 to 1, you might only guess one of those if you try hard. I would doubt it though. But I have several posts on your "better" board as a test. I see now who should not be calling the kettle back. Now, who's the idiot?

Do you even understand the diffences in Apache, Unix, Linux, and Windows servers? Would you have better performance from a T-1 or T-3? Would be even better if you had an OC-48? Can you sit down and write C++, Java, .ASP, .PHP, Javascript, Ada 95, Perl, Python, Cold Fusion, COBOL, or .NET? Would you any clue about VBscript? I am not talking apples to oranges here. My statement was coming for someone who hands out free diary products for a living calling someone who works in internet technology and web development is like telling Emeril he can't BAM! Get it? Got it? Good! Now, to hell with your stupid kindergarten phrases etc. and all your stupid B.S. I happen to have a life, much better than you I would imagine. I own and operate my own web development company and just landed a freelance job with one of the best internet technology companies in the U.S. (smiles,M.H.)
Yes and I was just given the Chairman of the board job for Mozilla Firefox , for everything you think you know , you are stupid.. isn't it gauche that I the Chairman would come on this great board and heckle commoners like you...oh pardon me great phooba of the freelance world..
