I guess I don't understand your question, (below) about me cutting Carl's nuts. The forum Carl is now using IS A FREE F&CKING FORUM!! I used to use it myself on a website I ran several years ago. You get it at Matts Scripts Archive (http://www.scriptarchive.com/wwwboard.html) and its used with outdated technology & is not user friendly (for the webmaster OR the members).

Nowhere did I ever say that I want to take over the Kittanning.com site. I love the site & think its awesome. What we're talking about here is replacing one FREE FORUM with another that's more usable. There's more to this site than just this forum, and the only problem is the forum. Go to : kittanning.com and you'll see a walking tour, visitors notes, local ads, etc. All Carl needs to do is change the url for the message board from one to the other and all the problems are solved. That does not affect the rest of his site.

So how does finding a more usable FREE FORUM hurt Carl or anyone? And nobody has answered my initial question: why is it that everyone else is posting their bitch sessions about how they hate this board & the problems associated with it, but when someone finds a solution suddenly the conversation turns to how evil I am, with such grown up statements as "And Jen, don't take this to heart......BUT SCREW YOUR STUPID FREE ASS FORUM OF GARABAGE"???? I guess you aren't enough of an internet whiz to realize that Carl's current forum is a free one.

:Why do you wish to throw in 2 cents about your free answer when Carl dishes out bucks providing something hoping to give this technology to the small businesses of Armstrong County to have online advertising at an inexpensive cost? Isn't that like saying I am cutting Carl's nuts? Well, being I live in this fine county and I am in internet technology, I have decided to lay the money where my mouth is. Stay tuned people, there's something new coming to Kittanning and the internet community soon. It's going to be big......watch out.
