It might be a good idea to look into a niche per say in the field if there is one. It could be the way to make it work. I work in marketing and advertising therefore could do some market research to see if it might work. Maybe downtown at a small shop with a pick up and delievery system especially for the ones working in the area. Being a business owner myself, you do not know until you try. Like Ted Turner once said, work like hell and advertise.

He provided the tub or whatever, soap, towels etc and charged 15-17 per dog, I guess business was slow at first but was picking up.There are plenty of dogs in this area, you should be able to make a go of it.
: I don't quite grasp that concept. If I'm going to pay money for my dog to be washed, I'd want someone else to wash him. Otherwise I could do it myself for free.
Some people don't have the room to do it themselves or maybe they would rather not get their place messy and wet. He claims his business is picking up.
